In the segment industrial automation , the concern develops innovative automation solutions that allow for efficient and flexible production. The target industries are the automobile, medical technology, packaging automation, and electronics industries. In the segment environmental technology, MAX Automation develops and installs technologically complex systems to process and treat waste materials. The target industries are the recycling, energy, and raw materials industries.
In total, the MAX Group has around 2,000 employees at 25 locations in Germany and abroad. The management team is composed of Daniel Fink (CEO) and Andreas Krause (CFO) . 2017 sales were at around EUR 375 million. The MAX share is listed on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
