M.A.X. Automation AG exceeds its financial goals for fiscal year 2015
Dusseldorf, February 3 - M.A.X. Automation AG, an internationally active
expert in the area of high-tech engineering, has exceeded its financial
goals for fiscal year 2015. According to preliminary figures, the Group
achieved earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of at least EUR 24
million, which is significantly higher than the previous target range of
EUR 20 million to EUR 22 million. Consolidated revenue is expected to be at
least EUR 380 million and thus slightly above the target range of between
EUR 360 million and EUR 380 million.
The performance exceeded expectations due to a strong fourth quarter, in
which numerous projects could finally be invoiced. Moreover, M.A.X.
Automation benefited from an advantageous product and project mix from a
yield standpoint last year.
The final consolidated financial statements for 2015 and the guidance for
fiscal year 2016 are to be published as announced on March 31, 2016.
