Committed development of young talents
Training young people is part of our social responsibility. Many MAX companies are important training companies in their regions. This often allows to cover our staffing needs with qualified junior staff from our own ranks. Students can write their final bachelors as well as masters theses and serve internships with us in order to learn as much as possible about the various jobs and duties. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to complete dual study programs e.g. in the areas of machine engineering, electrical engineering, and business administration at many locations.
Employee safety is a priority
High work and planned safety and thus the protection of our employees is an absolute priority of the MAX Group. A pleasant and healthy work environment is one of the requirements for committed employees. We follow work safety regulations and strengthen the safety-conscious behavior of our staff through regular seminars and training sessions on work safety. As part of various TÜV/ISO certifications for our subsidiaries, measures have been formalized to ensure the safety of our employees in the workplace. These are regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed.
