Gerhard Lerch (born 1943) has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation SE since 2018. Previously, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Max Automation AG since 2009 and became the Chairman in 2014. This MBA holder was with Continental AG for many years, then a member of the Executive Board of Continental AG and the Chairman of the Executive Board of ContiTech AG. Furthermore, he has served on the Supervisory Board of numerous subsidiaries.
Dr. Jens Kruse (born 1958) has been the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation SE since 2018. He was already a member of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation AG and its Deputy Chairman since 2014. The business administration graduate has been the Head of Corporate Finance of M.M.Warburg & Co KGaA in Hamburg since 1998. He is also the Chief Representative of the bank. Before that, he worked with PwC as a partner for the Restructuring Council (Berlin) and then with KPMG as a partner for Corporate Finance department (Hamburg).
Dr. Kruse is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Biesterfled AG, Hamburg as well as PNE Wing AG, Cuxhaven.
Oliver Jaster (born 1970) has been a member of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation SE since 2018. He was previously a member of the Supervisory Board of MAX Automation AG since 2013. The business administration graduate is the Chairman of the Executive Board of Günther Holding GmbH, Hamburg. Before this, he worked in a number of different functions within the banking industry.
Jaster is also a member of the Supervisory Board of ZEAL Networks SE, London.
Daniel Fink (born 1961) has been the CEO of MAX Automation since 2016. Before switching to the MAX Group, the industry expert managed the management consultancy FinkRen. FinkRen advises companies on the internationalization of business strategies, in particular the expansion of company activities from Europe to China and vice versa. Fink held various management positions at global industrial concerns. This includes the Georg Fischer Group. The native Swiss contributed significantly to the strategic restructuring of the operative business for GF Piping Systems in Shanghai as the President Asia Pacific. His other positions include the Swisslog AG, where the legal expert was a member of the management group and President of the Warehouse & Distribution Division.
Fink is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vecoplan AG, a company within the MAX Group.
Andreas Krause (born 1968) has been a Managing Director of MAX Automation since March 1, 2018 and has been CFO since April 1, 2018 . He was elected to the Supervisory Board at the 2018 Annual General Meeting on May 18, 2018. Before switching to the MAX Group, the business administration graduate worked at the ABB Group for 20 years in various positions, including the Head of Financial Planning & Capital Structures, Division CFO Robotics, and Division CFO Low Voltage Products. Most recently, as Regional CFO in South Africa, he was responsible for Southern Africa. Directly after finishing his studies, the native of Hameln began working as a Process, Financial & Factory Controller for Mercedes-Benz in South Africa from 1995-1998.
Krause is Member of the Supervisory Board of Vecoplan AG, a company within the MAX Group.
